Payment is only requested after your iris photographs have been reviewed and confirmed suitable for analysis. You are never charged before image quality has been verified.

Section 1 — Nature of Service and Why Refunds Are Limited
irispectra provides bespoke, individualised structural analysis reports. Once analysis has commenced, the work performed cannot be recovered or transferred. Our payment-after-review model — where you are not charged until your images have been confirmed suitable — significantly reduces the risk of unsatisfactory purchases.
Section 2 — Precision Report (USD 147 — One-Time)
2.1 Standard Policy
Refunds are not available once your report has been delivered. Delivery is defined as the moment your completed report PDF has been sent to your registered email address.
2.2 Pre-Delivery Cancellation
Contact hello@irispectra.com as soon as possible. We will assess whether analysis has commenced:
- Analysis not yet commenced: full refund issued within 5–10 business days
- Analysis commenced but not complete: partial refund may be offered at our discretion
- Analysis complete and report ready: no refund available
2.3 Change of Mind After Delivery
Refunds are not available on the basis of change of mind, dissatisfaction with the structural methodology as a concept, or disagreement with interpretive findings. The interpretive nature of the analysis is disclosed prior to purchase. Contact us if you have questions about your report — we are happy to discuss findings.
Section 3 — Precision Monthly (USD 197/month — Subscription)
3.1 Cancellation
Cancel at any time via the Paddle Customer Portal (link in your payment confirmation email) or by emailing hello@irispectra.com with subject: "Cancel Precision Monthly". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3.2 Refunds on Monthly Charges
Monthly charges are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Exception: if you contact us within 48 hours of an unintended renewal charge, we will review and may issue a refund at our discretion.
3.3 First Month
The first month covers your initial Precision Report plus first month of access. Refund eligibility follows Section 2 — not eligible after report delivery.
Section 4 — Precision Deep (USD 397 — Single Engagement)
Refund eligibility depends on what has been delivered:
- Report not delivered AND session not scheduled: full refund available
- Report delivered, session not yet taken: partial refund for session component may be considered
- Report delivered AND session completed: no refund available
- Session cancellation: minimum 24 hours notice required for rescheduling; less than 24 hours without documented emergency counts as session taken
Section 5 — Non-Delivery and Technical Failures
If your report has not arrived within 3 business days of payment confirmation, contact us immediately. Do not wait.
You are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery if:
- Report not delivered within 6 hours and we cannot rectify within a further 6 hours
- You received a report not prepared for your submitted photographs
- A technical failure on our part prevented delivery
To request resolution: email hello@irispectra.com within 7 days of expected delivery. Include your name, email address used for purchase, and Paddle transaction reference. We respond within 2 business days.
Section 6 — EU and UK Consumer Rights — Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Statutory Right
EU and UK consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from purchase under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6.2 Waiver Upon Commencement
By completing payment, you explicitly request that we commence analysis of your iris photographs immediately upon payment confirmation. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon our commencement of analysis, in accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
6.3 Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where any provision conflicts with mandatory statutory rights, those rights prevail.
Section 7 — How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.com
- Processing time: 5–10 business days from approval
- irispectra will notify you by email once a refund has been initiated
- To request: email hello@irispectra.com with subject "Refund Request — [your name] — [product]"
- Include: name, purchase email, Paddle transaction reference, reason for request
- We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days
Section 8 — Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us at hello@irispectra.com before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to provide all transaction records, communications, and delivery evidence to Paddle and the relevant financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks initiated after confirmed report delivery may result in permanent suspension from irispectra services.
Section 9 — Exceptional Circumstances
In cases involving serious illness, bereavement, or documented exceptional events occurring after purchase and before delivery, refund or credit requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@irispectra.com to discuss.
Section 10 — Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. EU and UK consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
